Do you love flipping through the latest magazines while in the waiting room or at the hair stylist? Magazines are so compelling—whether you're browsing glossy photos of home decor; gettting inspired to plant a garden; learning more about a favorite hobby; or going in-depth with articles on science, technology and entertainment. There's so much to love about magazines!
Fans of magazines will find a lot to love about Zinio, a digital magazine newsstand which gives you access to the magazines you know and love—free with a library account! Zinio features full-color, digital editions for instant desktop reading, mobile streaming, and mobile-app download. You can select both new and back issues, adding them to personal reading libraries with no holds, no checkout periods, and no limits to the number of magazines checked out and downloaded. And with personal notifications for your favorite magazines, you'll never miss an issue!
Zinio gives you two great ways to view your magazines.
- Online: If you have an internet connection, you can check out a magazine and start reading immediately.
- Offline: Another option is to download your magazines onto a device to read later. The easiest way to do this is with the Zinio for Libraries mobile app. Once downloaded, your magazines can be viewed without an internet connection, making this a great option for travel.
It's completely your choice which you use.
