Hispanic Heritage Month: Children Picture & Chapter Books

September is Hispanic Heritage Month, and there are a lot of books worth sharing with your child to learn more about Hispanic culture. The first three in our list are picture books for toddlers up to second grade. The last two are chapter books for children third grade and up.

On the Big Screen: 12 Movies in Reel Time

Inspired by this year’s Community Read titles, which all take place in a 24-hour time span, the Library is hosting a film series that includes movies that all take place in the same, brief amount of time. While the film series began in June, we hope that you will join us for one (or more!) of the remaining showings as we gear up to enjoy Community Read in October.
