Health Education: Qigong

Qigong is an ancient style of exercise from China that is often described as a meditation in motion. Participants will learn choreographed movement sequences to enhance the body's natural healing potential. Techniques to release stress and tension and cultivate a sense of inner peacefulness will also be taught.
