STEAM 101: Ice Cream Lab

Join us online to learn and develop new skills. This session we will learn how science is at work in the kitchen and practice following a scientific procedure (or a delicious recipe) as we make homemade ice cream. In order to attend this program, you will need to provide a valid email address at registration. Instructions and links to join the program will be provided one day before the program begins. Registration ends at 1:00 PM on the day before the program. Should you wish to follow along with the live lesson you will need these kitchen items: 1 cup of half-and-half, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 3 cup ice, 1/3 cup kosher salt, 1 small resealable plastic bag, 1 larger resealable plastic bag, and toppings of your choice!
