David Sniffin lives by the mantra, "If it is to be, it is up to me!” He has been with the Library for over 16 years. When not at work, Dave hangs out with his family and enjoys all the opportunities our community provides.  

David is most passionate about empowering people in any way possible, be it personal or professional. Fittingly, his favorite Charlotte Mecklenburg Library FOREWORD culture principle is We Over Me. He says, “We can’t do this important work alone. We need to insure we’re all working together towards our common goals.”
