Reserve a Room

Please review the meeting room policies and regulations before reserving a meeting room.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library provides meeting space to some groups depending on the purpose of the meeting. 

To reserve a room at ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center, visit the ImaginOn website. The Myers Park Library does not offer conference rooms.

  • Form must be submitted and payment received 48 hours prior to your scheduled meeting
  • Meeting rooms are available only during regular library hours
  • Meetings must adjourn 30 minutes prior to closing
  • Meeting room availability will be confirmed by Library staff within 24 hours of form submission
  • Completing the form below does not complete the reservation, a reservation is not complete until you have been contacted by Library staff

Rental Fees

For Profit

  • Up to 4 hours - $100
  • All Day - $200

Nonprofit

  • Up to 4 hours - $20
  • All Day - $40
For Profit Organizations that are contracted by government agencies will need to pay the room rental fees at the For Profit pricing. Need a sample of the type of documentation we need? See here.

I, the understated, being 18 years of age or older, have read the meeting room policies and regulations and agree to comply. I agree to be responsible to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library for the use and care of Library property and facilities. I understand my responsibilities as the undersigned include:

  • Payment in advance of all applicable fees;
  • Payment for any damages to Library property occurring during or in connection with the meeting;
  • Abiding by meeting room regulations;
  • Clean up and return the furniture to its original state at the conclusion of the meeting;
  • 48 hour cancellation notice is required in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued by check and mailed from the Library's Business Office. Allow at least 2 weeks for processing. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
